The tag is located on the grounds of the Mammen Family Public Library. It is in a hole in a tree in the lower parking lot. People cannot currently enter the building, but the library grounds are open to the public from 9-6 Monday through Friday and from 10-5 on Saturdays. The library property is closed on Sundays.
